I have logged at least 6 or 7 faults (from the end of Sept) with my intermitent internet connectivity. Telkom seem to be unable to fix the problem. I escalated this to High Level Complaints who are still unable to resolve my problem. BRADLEY SLINGER (technical dept) has now ceased to answer my emails sending me a message through Petro Basson (High Level Complaintsd div) to say I must log another fault he can't help me. Time to find another service provider thats for sure.
