I received a sms message today telling me my recurring data bundle has been cancelled. I called 808 and I was told it was done in error due to a system fault and will be corrected. I called back and now I am told my account was on promotion for data and it has been cancellled.
I specifically studied the account when I upgraded - R999 per month for R750 airtime, 750MB data and 750 SMS' for 24 months. How can you cancel my services now?
