8Ta Making promises and not delivering

In June 2013 I took out a contract with 8ta. I told them i need to keep my one 8ta mobile number for the contract and asked them if its possible. i also told them its a deal breaker if i cant. and the response was that its no problem. took out the contract an there we go there is your new number. I then asked about the number i said i would like to keep. they said i would have the number changed in 3 weeks. that was reasonable. after weeks and weeks and months of fighting they said i must contact 8ta customer service and change it myself. and customer service said i need to pay a cancellation fee on my contract, they also said the store must change it. and this is 6 months later nothing yet i am now paying for a contract i cant use. So i am giving 8ta one more chance to change it. otherwise CPA will be informed of the way they to customers to get them to take out contracts. and my contract will be stopped.

Worst service i have ever had in my life. I got so many friends to go over to 8ta. never in my life i will have something good to say about them again. they are pathetic
