Cannot log in to free SMS

I have been trying for months to log into FREE SMS. The captcha does not work, Does anyone do proper testing??? A few years ago I had the same problem but one had to phone in. My account password was reset for no reason and I have been trying to log into free sms for months. the system is slow and pathetic. I wait for e-mail or sms passwords but the system freezes. PATHETIC
