Got my Samsung Tab 3 on 18 October 2013, No 8ta reception at my address, although it does suppose to have according to the 8ta coverage... Been struggling to sort this out, but I can phone and phone and phone... No one ever phones back... waiting... and still waiting... given up on calling customer care... so now I have to resort to put my problem on Hallo Peter with the Hope that someone will actually contact me ASAP... and resolve this issue...
