Whats wrong with the mytools service cos its always down. Like all the time, its very rare that the website will be accessible 7 days a week. You have a great service but your failing your customers. Whats the point of it then if its always down. The least you can do is to notify your customers that the website will be unaccessible and give us a time frame. Please fix whatever is wrong with the site.
