Very poor Service

18-10-2013 went to Carnival mall MTN . The morning the system was off line went back the afternoon to pay my account and upgrade. The lady was helping us and this woman started to moan at them as to why they are helping us as they had paperwork to do. I informed her we were there in the morning that's why she is helping us. Her reply to me was am I talking to you!! When I asked I was informed she is the manageress . 23-11-2013 when to Carnavil Mall MTN. The system was off in the morning went back in the afternoon and the system was still off waited there for about as half an hour with my toddler. Left with out paying my account!! Don't the staff get trained in customer care??
