BAD Service YET AGAIN

We just recently moved into a new flat 30m away from our old flat. The YaClick dish had to be moved. Firstly since they installed their internet here we only received between 4mb per second to 7mb per second MAX! We are paying for a 10mb connection. When a installer finally arrived 14days after our internet was to be set up again they realized that the wrong cable (a normal dstv cable) had been used by the first installer (a verified installer appointed by @lantic). Which had been affecting our speed and connection. Secondly the installer that never came to move our dish came for a site inspection and pointed out to us that the location of the dish was all wrong, it had been planted on a pole directly behind a sink roof with only about a third of our dish sticking out, this also affected our speed.

Now I have been paying just over R1800 for the service which was supposed to be 10mb per second. I never got 10mb per second from the start. I am owed for the 14days I was without any internet plus for the months I payed for a full service only to receive half of what Im paying for. Now their HEAD OFFICE is ignoring me. LOVELY SERVICE AND THE PERFECT BUSINESS EXAMPLE
