Piller to Post, no assistance, update what so eve

Asked for a sim swop because my sim card stopped working and my network advised me to do it through RMCS because I have a contract with them. Called RMCS on the 25 JUL and was advised that someone will contact me in 24hours regardin my request. No one called then I called on the 02 Aug and was told that I should have followed up I mean whose the supplier here?
Then that same day on the 2 Aug I asked them to cancel my contract, I was advised that it would take 31 working days for it to be cancelled and be converted back to pre-paid. I called on the 18 Sep to find out if it has been called but no that wasn't done and the 31 working days were already up. I called today (20 Sep) they telling me I need to wait more days for it to be converted back to pre-paid.
In this whole process not even a single person from RMCS has called me for anything whats so ever even for an update or to tell me how long the conversion will take even after the manager Jaleen or what ever her name is has promised to call me.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone anymore will tell my friends & family to cancel their contracts with them because they not helpful at all and the manager doesn't care
