Pathetic service from Telkom DSL Department

The Telkom DSL department have not managed to sort my sporadic DSL connection out for the whole year. I have logged numerous calls and the service team just simply closes the call without proper investigation. The last call was logged on the 27 October 2013, this call has been escalated but still not resolved. This again goes to show how a government owned entity allows itself to deliver pathetic service and get away with it.
