I applied for a loan at African Bank, it was approved on 27/08/2013, I went in to sign the contract, the next day they informed me that the loan was declined. I was very unhappy about this and went to the branch at Mall of the North again. I was referred to Noma, she looked into my case and tried to help me all the way, she even contacted some of the people involved in my case as well as my attorney. I had to do some things myself as well but Noma really went the extra mile. She was also friendly all the time and handled me with respect as well even when I was angry and raised my voice, she was very professional in the whole case. She really pushed for this loan to get approved and in the end we got it approved, still waiting for the final answer from HQ. Noma came to greet me everytime when I came into the branch as well. I really do appreciate people like Noma Nyamutswa and Kayleigh in a branch. They really did went the extra mile, especially Noma, I would really advice and refer people to go to Noma and Kayleigh at African Bank, Noma you are really the best, I have the utmost respect for you.
