Good Morning,
Firstly i cant remember how many times i am telling this story, but in short, a contracted was upgraded in January and in July the phone started giving problemsso it was given in. It has been in for repairs more than 5 times and always comes back the same. On the report it shows nothing was done except for tests.
It is now November and i still dont have a phone.this is daylight and i wont stand for it.it seems as if every department in Cell C is run as a different business because no one knows contact details for other departments.
This is just a courtesy letter to inform you of my problem and i will be writing to consumer watch about this experience. It really is sad that a paying customer has to deal with this. I can bet my life on it that Cell C will not reimburse me for all my petrol and telephone costs as well as time ive put in to trying to sort this out.
