SWITCHING OF PREPAID ()

ON WEDNESDAY 13TH I RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MY PHONE SAYING THAT I RECEIVED R49.00 AIRTIME WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING TO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER JUST TO FIND OUT MY PHONE HAS BEEN MOVED FROM PREPAID TO CONTRACT AND MY BIS HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY ASWELL, AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS IS, IF NOT SORTED OUT BY THE END OF TODAY 2013-11-19 LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN, AS I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH THE SO CALLED SUPERVISORS THUMI AND PAULINA FOR 5 DAYS NOW, TO NO AVAIL AND JONAS THE SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR THAT HAS NO AUTHORITY TO PHONE CLIENTS BACK, OR SO I WAS TOLD BY HIM, WHAT A WAY OF COMMUNICATION (5) DAYS NOW AND NO RESOLUTION???

PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS GO ON ANY FURTHER, AS I AM VERY CLOSE TO PHONING MY LAWYER WHICH I HAVE TO ASK SOMEONE TO BORROW THEIR PHONE BECAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO LOAD AIRTIME ON TO MY PHONE
