My MTN cell bill 17/11/13 depicts extra R7 pd (R200 vat pm) deduction above normal bill amount, which MTN has said Vaaloo's the reason, without my compliance.
According to MTN, Mira Networks (0861106472) was somehow also part of this, as well as Flexiba Services (021/3002831). I had to unsubscribe from these companies as well as Vaaloo, which took most of my Monday, 18/11/13.
Therefore I am not a Happy Chappy, and demand all moneys wrongfully deducted be reimbursed.
This has happened prior on other occasions. MTN said they stopped this on 5/10/13 after my interception, and now there's repetition thereof again.
And like other complainants wrt Vaaloo, I find this totally unacceptable, and will be looking at all full refunds wrt all money deducted over the months for a service I've never received, nor applied for or accepted.
I will be approaching Consumer Protection organizations including attorneys, and whatever means to necessitate full and total reimbursement.
This kind of methodology should be deemed illegal to protect public, especially the poor and none too wise, those that can ill afford to even contact providers who haven't provided a service, yet somehow manage to tap into our money.
