I ordered a phone from Orange online but first had many questions because I had never used them before.
They answered everything in full and personally not a computer generated reply. When I spoke to people on the phone they were friendly and helpful as well as via email.
The goods arrived via DHL (also wonderful service) they called me they day they came in and the goods were waiting for me as I arrived at work the next day at 8am.
