Invoice via e mail not delivered

I have contacted Vodacom accounts for the past 2 years to query why I do not receive my monthly invoice via e mail and each time they have had to manually send me the invoice, due to this I always receive the invoice late and they have now put me on ITC for late payment but it is due to there system problem. I have called them over 10 time in the last 2 years to try and rectify this.
