The worst in this entire country

Apart from the fact that I don't have signal ANYWHERE, I have been trying to CANCEL my contract for the past two months. info regarding location of stores are so outdated!! When I eventually went to the ONLY store our Capital City PRETORIA in Menlyn (after going to three other malls without success) I was informed that they cannot help me at the store for cancellation, I have to call the number. I have been calling and calling and I get cut off in every single stage of the process just to get my contract cancelled. When I eventually got through they assured me that my contract will be cancelled at the end of October. Obviously that hasn't happened so now I have literally been on the phone for the past two days, unable to get through to the cancelation dept, I get cut off after holding for 5 minutes, on countless occasions. I am sick of this, this must be the worst cellphone network in South Africa, I am sorry, this is unacceptable. Can I just cancel and move on with my life!!!
