On Friday 8 Nov 2013 I pre-registered for the New Apple Iphone5s. I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours to finalise my order with reference number H5EC1A. I have since then not received any feedback from anybody from Vodacom, I have tried to contact them numerous times on the number stipulated on the email but it does not even ring. I was looking forward to move over to Vodacom as I have an existing Ipad contract with them and wanted to move my cellphone over as well.
