I have complained about a contract and I am still waiting for Vodacom to investigate. It is over 2 months now. They have the nerve to continue debiting my bank account. I stopped the payment last month and they double debited me this month.
How long does it take to investigate? And to make things worse, Vodacom does not a a record of the call. How suspicious is that?
I want a resolution TODAY. Not feedback but a FINAL RESOLUTION. And please tell me who the is ERISHKA NAIDOO.
