I have upgraded my contract to a newer make Blackberry, after sending the phone back twice so far, i get told by one of the customer consultant that dont i know that Blackberry"s are known for the bad batteries and this is exactly why i have been taking the phone back before. Now i am sitting with a Blackberry that only lasts 2hours, and the phone is only 3months old. i have send 2 mails already to Nashua and absoluetly no feedback. really bad service and i will advise evryone i know not to use their sevices.
i wonder is Blackberry knows that the consultants working for Nashua is bad mouthing the product?
no is interested in helping me as a customer and they want me to drive back and forth, waiting to see a consultant each time, so that they can send it back and nothing changes.
i dont believe it is a battery problem, as my whole family have BB's and this has never been an issue before.
