My money and won't do anything

I logged a complaint on Friday, 1st November. It's been 11 days and every time I call I get "oh, they're still looking at the problem." I have been told today, Monday 11th November, that the problem was assigned to someone but no one has even looked at it. You R109 from me and I expect to be reimbursed. And quickly. This is unacceptable and just look at your other reviews -you better up your game.
