On the 11/11/2013, I was sitting in Mugg & Bean, trying to access my Always on account. it kept on saying "incorrect username and password", I tried to call the ADSL contact centre, but first to try get hold them is one challenge, then second challenge is are they capable to fix it. Today I had waited and listened to there stupid music for a solid 1:20 minutes, they don't care about the telephone bill, they then dropped the line. I dialled again to hold on for another 1:00, by this time I firstly still could not go on the internet, and yet, I have to pay them ever month. When you do get through, hours later at the office. They tell you to log in on your Always on, thing you are sitting for the whole day in a hotspot. PLEASE HELP.
