POOR CLIENT SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS

I APPROACHED EBK MOTORS IN ROSETTENVILLE ON THE 16/08/2013 IN THE HOPES OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE WITH THEM. I HANDED ALL NECESARRY DOCUMENTS ON THE VERY SAME DAY, AND WAS ASURED BY GERALD THAT I WOULD HAVE AN ANSWER BY SATURDAY (17/08/13), AFTER HALF THE BUSINESS DAY GONE BY ON SATURDAY I CALLED GERALD WHO SAID HE DIDNT HAVE ANY FEED BACK. MONDAY (19/08/13) CAME AROUND AND AGAIN HALF THE DAY WENT BUY WHEN I HAD TO CALL GERALD, HE REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS, I CALLED THE OFFICE AND I WAS TOLD THAT HE IS BUSY AND CAN NOT COME TO PHONE, I LEFT A MESSAGE AND STILL NO RESPONSE, EVENTUALLY I MANAGED TO GET HOLD OF GERALD TOWARDS THE END OF MONDAY AND I WAS TOLD HE IS WAITING FOR THE F&I LADY MANDY. TUESDAY PASSED, AND SO DID WEDNESDAY, WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANY ONE AT EBK MOTOTRS, TODAY IS THURSDAY (22/08/13) AND I CALLED GERALD AND TOLD HIM TO WITHDRAW THE APPLICATION ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE FORM WASNT FILLED IN CLEARLY SO THE APP IS STLL PENDING. I AM RATHER DISGUSTED THAT IT TOOK A WEEK TO BE TOLD THAT. I WOULD LIKE EBK TO WITHDRAW ALL APPLICATIONS AND DESTROY MY DOCUMENTS ASAP.
