Sold my Unit/townhouse & TO DATE, almost 4 months after registration in new owners name, I am still awaiting a reply from OPMSA {Managing Agents for Wellington Park Body Corporate} regarding an INCORRECT statement received that needed to be CORRECTED & my REFUND DUE for levies etc paid when property was sold.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND that OPMSA ~ Lize Pieters, Managing Director, to MANAGE any BUSINESS on behalf of a Body Corporate as they are quick to COLLECT, but you dare not ask them to reply to you on a query, they just DON'T reply or come back with ANY VALID answers.
I have even contact the Attorney, that handled the cancellation on my behalf, who has left various messages for Lize to contact him, without ANY RESPONSE!
I have tried to REPORT them to the ~ National Association of Managing Agents, but to my surprise since Lize Pieterse took over as Managing Director, THEY NO LONGER BELONG to NAMASA what a PITY!!!
I have once again sent an email TODAY, going in for 4 months on 20 June 2013 WITHOUT the decency of a reply from the Attorney {ERASMUS MOTAUNG INC.} who advised that he will sort this out on my behalf or OPMSA!!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS???
