I booked my mobile in 02 November. I never received an sms to let me know the phone was ready for collection. Luckily I checked. I went to collect 11 November in the morning. I decided to charge my mobile in the car and clearly the problem was not fixed. I am not sure if it was ever looked at quite frankly. I turned around and booked it in again. This had waisted 1 hour of my work day, not to mention expenses getting there. The front end guy's service was impecible. (Patrick). My problem with a fault not being fixed the first time.
