MTN breach of Contract

I have logged several calls during the last week and have received no response from any of your Managers. At this point of time I come to the terms that your managers are simply to refuse to speak to me. Your service is pathetic from the stores to your HQ call centre. Your technician are to incompetent to fix a phone and therefor I have to send my phone in twice due to a battery problem which turned into a firmware problems after your technicians loaded the incorrect firmware onto my phone. I have 5 contracts with MTN and at this point want to cancel all 5 of them due to contract breach on your side. Your service is too pathetic and I receive no response from your manager. Then your in store Manager has the audacity to inform me that I am the reason the phone is faulty after your "qualified" technicians worked on the phone. This is unaccepted and you are breaching 5 points on your contract. I am willing to go forth in a legal perspective if nothing is done withing the next 2 days. I am frustrated beyond imagination due to your inadequate service that isn't delivered as it should be. Please provide feedback or know that I will cancel all 5 contracts of mine due to contract breach.
