REFUND NOT BEING PAID BACK!

I made an over payment on my Vodacom account on the 28/10/2013. The accounts department explained that the refund will take 7-14 days. I have spoken to Simone, Tarryn, Mehloma Khulu, Petronella. Today I dealt with Karel Monoyane he accused me of being stupid when it comes to the internet and that I don't know how the internet works. 14 days was yesterday or according to him will be tomorrow. He now claims my transfer only reflected on the 4 of November which I know is not true payments to another bank reflects the following day! All my Vodacom statements reflect the day I made the payment. Why now all of a sudden does the payment reflect 7 days later. I am not an and customer service is a real problem. I was on the phone for 37 minutes and eventually put the phone down. All I want is my money back! I appreciate the fact that they must make sure the money reflects in their account but does it really take so long I DOUBT it and Karel Monoyane is a superviso
