I sent an email of my change of address- called 3 times still no changes and it seems my email was captured incorrectly. I called today and spoke to 5 different people being sent from pillar to post.no one is taking ownership and no one seems to want to escalate the query I guess its only on hellopeter where people do something. i would like the sales call for my wifi router to be pulled as i was told the data carries over and got the shock of my life when i have a 1.9k bill on it and its a matter of a carryover only from the previous month. anyways i told the accounts dep that i cannot afford to pay that amount on top of my bill she confirmed a request for a payment arr and i wil get a call. that didn't happen. i registered on the self help options and tried to find details since the call centre is not helpful. i was told i cannot be helped because i am not in arrears. so i will cancel my direct debit at the bank. Vodacom can then help when i am in arrears as i have been told because i receive no statements and all agreements have not been fulfilled. no one has time for this but come time to debit my account you know what to do! Aaargh! sies.
