I recieved a sms from Cellc in October stating that they have debited me with an amount of R662.76. when i took up the upgrade i was required to pay R150 in the shop and they said that I would start paying R429.00 in October. i then called the call centre (084 140) to inquire about it. the woman put me on hold so many times and then told me that she couldnt assist with my enqery and she would escalate and get back to me in 24 hours. i waited to a week and then called back. i spoke to a guy. he said that there was no escalation made and he too could not asist me or tell me why i was debited so much. he then escalated it. ref number: 3110503924. i told him to get back to me in 24 hours. i still havent heard anything from cellc. this is horrilbe service and its not the first time i have to report Cellc. I really would like to cancel my contract! please assist as soon as possible!!!
