I've got a fixed residential line with ADSL. The line was out for 18 days (I reported it on the 25th of September).
Telkom sends me an account for the full month. I phoned to claim the credit (as per procedure). The monthly subscription is R460 (excluding calls). They only deduct R86??? this can not be right? (18/30*460 = R276). I asked for a reason and supervisor, I am still waiting.
