I have been constantly trying to gel hold of Cell C for the past 3 days.. I have been using your 3G modem for online gaming (yes i know its not the best and probably will never be) but I have been using this modem for over 8 months now and thus far i have had no problems up until Monday the 4th of November. I can't deal with Cell C directly because i took the deal from an Mweb store. I do not mind this.. what bothers me is the fact that o call and call and call and all i get are answers relating to congestion issues in my area.. I am not one for complaining and i have had the best experience with Cell C up until now. All im asking is please look into this matter and resolve it as quick as possible. I will have 48ping and then it just jumps to 2000 . please advise if there is something i should do from my side?
