Vodacom
Contract phones suspended but paid

I have 2 contract phones with vodacom, both of them are suspended for more than three months now but i am paying more than R 700 per month. i called their customer care and the lines were open for only ten minutes and then loacked again when i call them again their consultant gave me bad attitude and never helped me. can you please help me, I have no were to seek for help now. this means that vodacom will eat my money for nothing until when.
