Please MTN Please have some respect for your customers!!
I reported a coverage problem and requested that a technician come out to my premises. A service MTN provided for their customers; I was told by the assistant in the MTN shop.
The very helpful operator said the technician will be their within 10 working days.
Then I called again and they said within this week.
Then I called again and they said definitely today.
The last call was made more than a month ago and I am still struggling daily with the coverage.
Although the MTN data contract was cheaper at the time, there is a very good reason why they (MTN) are not the leading operate in South Africa!!!
