It has been months now that I have reported intermittent connectivity on my ADSL line. For three weeks now I have major delays on my e-mail or no mails coming through. My customers are complaining and I am losing business. Telkom having such a monopoly just puts the. In a position to get away with bad service and selling a defective product. They have major issues with their servers and don't want to admit such to their customers. Every time I speak to a technician I get a different story. One technician last week told me that Telkom is experiencing major issues with their servers and don't have enough technicians to rectify the problems. I am also going to report this to the Consumer Protection Counsel.
