I have tried to cancel my contract. I gave the 30day notice and asked to go onto prepaid so that I can port my number. I spent the whole day on Friday trying to get my cancellation to go through as I had received my new months airtime. They promised that it was all done and would happen by midnight on Friday. Saturday morning I am still connected and now am told nothing can be done until Monday and that I must not use my phone as then I will be charged for the month. None of the call centre staff will put me through to speak to someone with authority. It is frustrating not to be able to speak to something in this company who can actually get something done.
