Terrible Service

I went to Autopage to change my contract from Cell C to Vodacom more than a week ago. The assistant who helped me said that it would take 7 days and then I would be on the new network. I'm still waiting for my contract to change because the staff at Princess Crossing is incapable of doing there jobs. While trying to sort this out (as I find this kind of service unacceptable) I get told by the manager of the store "I WISH WE COULD JUST GET OVER IT" and also I am now being made out as a the person in the wrong because I did not report to them within 7 days that my phone is not working. - now this is wat I call excellent customer service Autopage!!! Maybe next time when I get to upgrade or renew my contract I will remember to JUST GET OVER IT and go away from you as my service provider and move on in life.
