Hi,
i Phoned MTN and logged a call to get my Loyalty points transferred after it was lost when i upgraded my account. 2013-09-24. It is now more than a month later and still no one got back to me.
Now i need to attempt to get someone on the line again. Took them 11min to answer.
Now it took another 37min for her to get the call i logged last time and the info with the ref number...
Over a hour on the phone and just finished...
Can see their service desk is very effective. )
