Getting changed on canceled account

I was just notified of an outstanding balance on a TERMINATED ACCOUNT of R630.how is this possible after not using the service for a month already. This after illegally cutting my line for 3 consecutive months thereby effectively terminating the contract I graciously chose to not sue the trash of a company. And after having R1000 from my account by them and then not having the decency to pay it back.
How can they just keep getting away with such astoundingly terrible service... HOW!!!
