My 4 month old phone has started to warm up and lose charge with an alarming rate. The battery is also swolen and is currently pushing the screen out.
I have reported this to a local store. However, they expect me to hand in my phone for inspection. This will take about two weeks according to them.
In that time, they are prepared to give me a normal phone to use.
I feel that Samsung is aware of this swolen battery problem. Why do I have to go through all this hassles to change an item that is a known factory problem?
Can I please be contacted by Samsung to find an easier solution?
