I BOUGHT A BROKEN PHONE AT MTN SEPTEMBER, I FOUGHT TO SEND IT TO REPAIRS I EVEN REPORTED HERE, THEY EVENTUALLY SAID I MUST TAKE IT TO CRESTA WHERE THE CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF LEROY SAID HE CANT HELP, I WAS EVENTUALLY CALLED BY BALISENG WHO WAS VERY NICE TO TAKE MY PHONE IN, I DID IT WAS THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER AND TODAY IS ALMOST THE LAST DAY, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM, WHAT REALLY ANNOYS ME IS THAT THEY WILL BE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR A PHONE THAT I HAVE NOT EVEN USED, THEY WILL BE DEBITING FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW, I AM JUST SO FED UP, I WISH THEY LOOSE CLIENTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON KEEPING CLIENTS, THRUTH IS THEY WANT MONEY AND MORE CLIENTS BUT HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO KEEP THEM. I AM JUST WONDERING IF ITS POSSIBLE TO JUST CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
MTN IS A USELESS NETWORK, I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, A FRIEND WANTED TO TAKE A PHONE THROUGH THEM I TOLD HER NOT TO GO THERE, THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, I REGRET DOING ANYTHING WITH THEM.
