AUTOPAGE - SHOCKING SALES & SERVICE - AFTER 10 YRS

I have been a paying customer for over 10 yrs - never received such bad service in sales and cust service.

I went to the Sandton to Upgrade my contract & the special was that they will give you a car charger. They were out of stock. After 24 hours, still not connected. I had to phone numerous times to follow up.

I then contacted Head Office (Stanton) for a 3G Sim for my Ipad and for 2 GIGS to be loaded onto my mobile phone every month. The 3G Sim was del within 24 hrs. I contact Stanton to connect the sim & he said it would take 24 hours. 24 hours later I had to contact Autopage Numerous times to find out that the sim card that had been deliv was registered to a diff account. I was told to go to a branch to get a new one. I went to Sandton and was told I need my ID and Proof of residence. So they couldnt help me

I spoke to Stanton yesterday about 2gig data being added onto mobilephone every month & he said that with MTN it was on special for R99 and it would be loaded today. I was informed to day by a diff consultant, that 1gig is R149 and that nothing has been loaded. I want the 2GIG for R99 with MTN as requested. All tel cals were recorded. I am about to cancel all contracts.
