Firstly thanks for the telephone call & responding to hello peter, i am not happy at all with your respond. i would like to know what is the free loyality sms for, if my rand value is used up by sms & i have to make a urgent call to family & friends i will be charged for that call (easy way to make money) while i have 76 & 50 free loyality sms still sitting in my account, what a load of rubbish i never had this problem before, i was using my free loyality sms before when that got finished than i use to use my rand value.i think your technicans dont known what they are talking about. if this matter is not sorted out i may have to go a step further & go higher up (eg. NCR.) no notification was given as to change of rules. please wake up and do a proper investigation dont find a easy route out.
