Very bad service from Cell c

I went to cell c 3 Jan 2013, a man openend a contract in Norwood, on his name but my banking details in Oct 2012. I've sent in my affidavit, ID and bank statements. It's sent to the Trade partner helpdesk on the same day. I've been told that they will contact me in /- 6 working days, I have up intill today not been contacted. They also told me that the next deduction will go off my account untill this is resolved, they cannot cancel this contract, which I think is unfair. If they did their jobs properly this wouldn't have happened. I phoned this morning again and I still can't get any answers out of them. How long does it take them to contact me and keep me posted about this matter. This is actally a story to take to the papers. This is their mistake and I have to pay for it and they would't even take the time to call me and apologise.
