Sunday 20.10.13 we enquired about the Galaxy Note 3 at your store. As no stock was available, one was sourced.21.10.13 I was notified that a unit is available.22.10.13 I was assisted by Rumano, but could not complete the contract as my latest payslip was needed.25.10.13 I returned to your store, but was assisted by another consultant. That Friday night my fianc? was ecstatic about the surprise, but it was short lived. Setting up the unit it overheated & found it not be the unit he wanted.26.10.13 he queried the overheating and & it not being the unit he wanted. He was misled to believe that the N9000 & N9005 Is specked the same (not the case). Also had the day old unit go in for assessment? you got to be joking!27.10.13 Rumano could not assist him as Im the account holder. Rumarno phoned Tygervalley walk in centre & said we could cancel the contract there. He was told that we have 48 hours to cancel the contract. Working till 4pm, we had to rush there, but to our surprise could not be helped. The note 3 N9005 live demo at Tygervalley store, we were informed it's a demo, but clients get the N9000 at the advertised price. Just want this contract cancelled. This left a SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH!
