I have phoned Vodacom nearly everyday for the past 2 weeks when signal allows it. First they blamed my handset for bad signal but I have 4 people here who are experiencing the same issues and still nothing has been done. They say they are working on it but cannot give a timeframe and I'm sure won't hesitate to debit my account for a service I have not had for about 2 weeks now. We live in africa, phones are a lifeline and in emergencies I need to be able to make a call first time. Not 3 attempts just to connect, this problem needs to be rectified NOW. 2 weeks is long enough SURELY.
