I have logged a fault 10 days ago. i was getting 4mb on my internet download. now i am getting 0.2 i logged a fault. telkom without fixing it smsed me to tell me that its fixed but i am only getting 0.4 mb/s. and they think that they have fixed it!!! i re-report it and they still dont fix it. they even escalate it to NO avail. the incompetence, lack of care and humiliation are too much to bear. nobody knows what they are doing.
