3 faults logged and they keep sending sms saying fault is fixed.
Crossed lines and extremely bad static on line... internet down.
Strange thing is I have heard the same exact complaints from 2 other neighbours also told fault is fixed.
they do not respond to sms fault report or email.
so tired of their service... they will charge for unnecessary callout but I can't charge for downtime from business... very sad service indeed.
