For over a week I've been trying to access the Vodacom portal to my accounts but cannot do so. I called their service center who gave me a reference number and said someone would call me within 24 hours and get my problem sorted out. Well, no one called and my problem remains the same.
They acknowledge that they are experiencing problems but no one seems to be doing anything about it!
If anyone is experiencing the same problem, please speak out so that these conglomerates understand that we are the customers and not their personal "cash cows"!
