Attend to my complaint NOW

I do not want to repeat the whole story, I have now spoken to 3 call centre consultants, 1 supervisor, 2 technical support people. YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN [URL Removed] REF.3101700400.I want you to refund me for the un-used data on the sim, I want you to refund me for the speed stick that does not work. I will be changing the network for my families 3 phones and I will badmouth you for as long as I live to anyone who will listen. I hope enough people wakes up to your rotten service and you close down. Seeing as you are so good at passing responsibility, lets see if you are any good at passing this message around. You can also feel free to use this as a training tool on corporate inefficiency and treating your customers like sheep.
AND I AM SERIOUS ABOUT BEING REFUNDED, OFFERING A FAKE OR UNUSABLE SERVICE IS AGAINST THE LAW IN SOUTH AFRICA.
