I will be changing the network for my families 3 phones and I will badmouth you for as long as I live to anyone who will listen. I hope enough people wakes up to your rotten service and you close down. Seeing as you are so good at passing responsibility, lets see if you are any good at passing this message around. You can also feel free to use this as a training tool on corporate inefficiency and treating your customers like sheep.
