I have two contracts that ended their 24 months contract at the end of August this year.
The one was cancelled and the other upgraded, but I am still being invoiced for the one which is supposed to be cancelled already. Apparently they don't inform you that you must send in a letter or call to cancel, and when I did, it takes 30 days to be cancelled. I am now paying a ridiculous amount for a contract that does not even exist anymore. I have been a loyal contract customer of MTN for the past 2 years and the way this situation has been handled is appalling. Even the service have been very poor and I will not recommend anyone to ever go through MTN in the future!!!
